If experience really does count?

Jim Neidner, is a Realtor® with Homesmart Realty in Conroe, Texas and Houston surrounding areas.

My buyer's have commented that they love the fact that I'm an award-winning home builder, remodeler, radio talk show host and Realtor®. I find it really rewarding when I can answer buyer's questions right on the spot while looking at home that they might want to consider buying or remodel or even tear-down a home and build a new home on a lot. Additionally, my clients seem to also enjoy my opinion regarding the construction quality of the home they are considering to purchase.
