Welcome to my blog. I am sharing a home I built for the buyer who is downsizing. This home was a spec for the buyer who still wanted all the bells and whistles, but in a smaller footprint. As a realtor and builder, I like to stay informed about how the market swings.

As the baby boomers age, I see many who have lived in larger homes and now have grown children want to downsize. So, realtors and builders we have to pay attention to buyers' wants and needs.  Attached is a video of one of the homes that meets the sizing and budget needs of a downsizing home buyer.
