As a proud Houston native raised in and currently residing in Montgomery County, I bring lifelong local knowledge and professional expertise to every client. As a Resident Realtor® in The Woodlands Hills master-planned community, I proudly serve buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, and families throughout the Greater Houston area.

Outside of real estate, my favorite role is being a mom to my three children. As part of a military family, I value service, integrity, resilience, and the importance of home. Those values guide how I serve every client—with honesty, dedication, and a commitment to always putting your best interests first.

Known for my loyalty, strong communication, and attention to detail, I come from a strong family background in real estate and customer service. Combined with my own experience as an investor and landlord, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. My better half is a mortgage loan officer, giving me valuable insight into the financing side of the business and helping me guide clients confidently from contract to closing.

I hold the ABR, NHC, and MRP designations and have experience with residential homes, lots and acreage, new construction, assumable mortgages, pre-foreclosures, short sales, investment properties, and rental transactions. I assist sellers in maximizing exposure and protecting their equity, negotiate strong terms for buyers, represent landlords by marketing properties and screening tenants, and help tenants navigate every step of the leasing process.
