TR Hoang IS the BEST! As a first time home owner, he made the entire process effortlessly. He was the middle man between me and everyone else. He responds in a timely matter, thorough, easily available, detail oriented, transparent communication and, most importantly, HONEST. If it wasn't for him and his patience, I would have given up on buying a new home. I do not live in town, so he made all efforts to take pictures and provide frequent updates of the progress and problems as the house was getting build. He even continues to check up on me and if there are any issues that arises after signing on the house. I highly respect his professionalism throughout the process.
