The Tennison lofts was a historic building converted into a luxury loft living. A vacant multimillion-dollar project that Stephanie manage to fill up to 100% occupancy with a waitlist. She credits her success to her strong social media skills, communication process, and understanding the market.

With a focus on the Houston to Fulshear market, she offers 18 years' experience in the real estate industry, highly skilled in commercial landlord representation, single family homes and multifamily management corporations.
