Suzan's career in real estate embodies a comprehensive understanding of market strategies and unwavering commitment to her clients. As Suzan has learned from firsthand experience, dedicating time to real estate classes and volunteering within the real estate community is crucial. She has gained tremendous insight from volunteering on committees with the Houston Association of Realtors and spending time with others in the industry. She considers her time volunteering a gift and a growth opportunity. 

Suzan's expertise has been shaped by her diverse career experiences, including a high school government & economics teacher, a vice president of sales, a broker manager, and an industry trainer. However, she attributes much of her business knowledge to her father and his years of experience in the real estate industry.

As a dedicated lifetime learner, she holds a Master of Legal Studies from Texas A&M School of Law with a certificate in Real Estate Construction Law, Policy, and Management, a Master of Education from Houston Baptist University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston, a Texas Brokers License, and a Texas Teaching Certificate.

Suzan's professional and educational background fuels her determination and resilience, but her family is the cornerstone of all her endeavors. She is a proud mother of an Aggie son and the wife of a husband who has thrived as a golf instructor for many years. Additionally, she cherishes her beloved dogs: Cinnamon, Liddy, Daisy, and Kitty.
