It's true, coming across the big bridge on 1097 just makes me sigh and say "I'm home". No time at all to pull up in front of my quaint brick & stone home. It's so cozy and easy to take care of. After a long day I enjoy grilling my fave on the gas grill and sitting on the patio sipping whatever flavor of the day I choose. As much as I hate paying bills (doesn't everyone???), I have the greatest little niche to hold my computer and papers. I'm able to get in/out quickly. Having guests over is easy since my kitchen is open to the family room, we all get to be together. They can retreat to their side while I have my sitting area in the master. Plus, I can relax in my whirlpool tub. The song says "You can't always get what you want", but I can, right here, at home, in Bentwater. p.s. I have a new roof and inside/outside paint in 2017. New carpet 2020.
