Attending Florida State University and University of Houston, education continues to be Penny's practice. Obtaining her CNE, Certified Negotiation Expert, she endeavors to get the best possible purchase price for her buyer clients and the highest possible sale price for her seller clients. She also earned the ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, ALHS, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist in order to better serve in specialized circumstances.
