The following forms will be discussed: • List of Texas REALTORS® and Texas Real Estate Commission Forms • TXR #1201 Farm and Ranch Real Estate Listing Agreement • TXR #1701 TREC Farm and Ranch Contract • TXR #1905 TREC Addendum for Reservation of Oil, Gas, and Other Minerals • TXR #1917 TREC Environmental Assessment, Endangered Species & Wetlands Addendum • TXR #1407 Information About On-Site Sewer Facility • TXR #1414 Information About Special Flood Hazard Areas • TXR #1924 TREC Non-Realty Items Addendum The objective of the course is to introduce license holders to the paperwork and issues involved in assisting the public in selling farms and ranches in Texas. The relevance stems from the number of farm and ranch transactions that take place every year. Many of the aspects of these transactions differ from other transactions license holders may have dealt with in their careers.
