This course is designed to help seller’s agents maximize the tools within Matrix MLS to showcase listings effectively and attract more qualified buyers. Participants will learn how to input and manage listings, attach images and documents, add open houses, and leverage AI-powered tools for stronger listing presentations. The class also covers seller-focused resources such as reverse prospecting, market reports, and financial calculators to better advise clients. By the end of the session, agents will have the confidence to manage listings from start to finish and use data-driven insights to stand out in a competitive market.
