This commercial-focused Legal Update II is approved for the 4-hour mandatory TREC Legal II curriculum by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). This course will provide TREC-required information concerning recent updates and changes to laws, regulations, legal definitions, ethics of practice, and forms in Texas with a special emphasis on how they relate to commercial real estate.
