Congratulations! You’ve made a great decision to learn about commercial lease transactions in HAR’s innovative Commercial Leasing Series taught by Senior Instructor Michica ‘Mish’ Guillory. This fast-paced, two-day boot camp style series has four classes offering 11 hours of CE credit (5 elective CE hours and 6 qualifying contracts CE hours). The courses offered are: Commercial Leasing 101©, Commercial Leasing Contracts 101©, Commercial Letters of Intent 101© and How to NOT Practice Law Using Commercial & Residential Forms©.

For the Letters of Intent course, we will be conducting a group activity that will REQUIRE students to print and bring two documents, pages 53-56. Those documents are: “Commercial Letters of Intent Exercise” and “Letter of Intent TXR Form”. Printing out the actual course presentations is NOT necessary and will be the individual student’s choice to do so.
