Contracts: Buyer Side

This Buyer’s Side class is designed to provide agents with a comprehensive understanding of the key contracts and addenda commonly used on the buyer’s side of a residential real estate transaction. While the primary purchase agreement is central to any transaction, this course focuses specifically on the additional documents and supporting forms that play a critical role in protecting your client, ensuring compliance, and facilitating a successful closing. Throughout the class, participants will explore the purpose, timing, and proper use of the most frequently utilized buyer-related forms. Emphasis will be placed on how these documents work together to address contingencies, financing, property condition, and other essential aspects of the transaction process. By the end of this course, agents will be better equipped to confidently navigate the documentation required on the buyer’s side, reduce risk, and advocate effectively for their clients from offer to closing.
