Commercial Kickstart Series

This class meets the 3 hour contracts TREC requirement for your license renewal.

Congratulations! You’ve made a great decision to learn about commercial lease transactions in HAR’s innovative Commercial Leasing Series taught by Senior Instructor Michica ‘Mish’ Guillory. This fast-paced, two-day boot camp style series has four classes offering 11 hours of CE credit (5 elective CE hours and 6 qualifying contracts CE hours). The courses offered are: Commercial Leasing 101©, Commercial Leasing Contracts 101©, Commercial Letters of Intent 101© and How to NOT Practice Law Using Commercial & Residential Forms©.

For the Letters of Intent course, we will be conducting a group activity that will REQUIRE students to print and bring two documents, pages 53-56. Those documents are: “Commercial Letters of Intent Exercise” and “Letter of Intent TXR Form”. Printing out the actual course presentations is NOT necessary and will be the individual student’s choice to do so. There will be a 30-minute lunch break each day.
