How does the Floodplain Ordinance impact your ability to buy and sell real estate? Detailing how Chapter 19 will affect private property rights in the Houston ETJ.
Including an overview of proposed new FEMA Flood Maps for Harris County and the impact on homes and business in the proposed new 100 year base flood elevation and the proposed 500 year base flood elevation.
