Corporate Real Estate Asset Management Experience

Before focusing full-time on buyers and sellers, I worked in corporate real estate asset management with organizations including Ocwen/PHH Financial and Dakota Asset Services, overseeing REO portfolios. At Ocwen/PHH, I also worked directly with struggling homeowners on loan modifications and forbearance plans to help them stay in their homes. I've seen from the inside how lenders and servicers evaluate both properties and borrowers. I use that experience to give you a sharper read on pricing, appraisals and financing, and to help homeowners facing hardship understand their options before deciding whether to sell.
