    Hi, my name is Valerie Mooney and I have been in the real estate industry since approximately 1989 where I began my love of real estate starting out with Multi-Family Property Management. While I loved managing and leasing apartment communities from small mid-rise residential up to and including, 13 buildings in two states totaling almost 1500 units, both conventional and Section 42/Section 8. I hit the glass ceiling in this profession at the time and decided I needed a change. So from property management to New Home sales seemed a natural progression.
