Her experience assisting families, businesses, lenders, and attorneys through estate liquidations, SBA defaults, and other complex transactions has strengthened her skills in pricing, negotiation, problem-solving, and guiding clients through important decisions.

Valerie holds the SRS, PSA, and SFR designations and is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, Houston Association of REALTORS®, National Auctioneers Association, Texas Auctioneers Association, and Fellowship of Christian Auctioneers International. She previously served on the Texas Auctioneers Association Board of Directors.
