As far as I am concerned, Steve Cates is a consummate real estate professional. His communication skills as well as verbal acuity is unsurpassed in my opinion. He has been successful in so many aspects of real estate for so many years, that he can quickly answer complex property questions that I'm sure would require extensive research by other agents. He is available at all hours to make his clients comfortable, relaxed and updated all of the way through their transaction and even offers to help answer questions after the transaction has closed.
