Sonal Shah’s career is a story of reinvention, resilience, and results.

She began her journey in fashion merchandising, working between Houston and New York—the hub of brand design and retail distribution. But when her first child was born, she made a conscious decision to pivot her career toward something more aligned with her evolving priorities.

She transitioned into a planning role with Palais Royal, where she discovered her natural strength with numbers, finance, and strategy. After the company closed, Sonal went on to successfully build and expand her own restaurant business—only to realize that her true passion lay in financial strategy and problem-solving, not day-to-day operations.

That realization led her into mortgage banking, where—despite no prior experience—she quickly became a top-producing banker, outperforming seasoned professionals and managing multiple branches due to her exceptional results.

In 2012–2013, Sonal made her most defining move yet: becoming a Realtor and building her own business.
