Born in Mexico City, growing up in Houston and living abroad in Spain and Germany has made Sandra not only fluent in Spanish and English and proficient in German, but also understanding of many cultures and nationalities which makes her unique to assist clients from any nationality. Growing up in the Houston area and seeing Houston and surrounding metropolitan areas evolve and develop since 1982, she is very knowledgeable with the schools, services, neighborhoods and amenities that Houston has to offer.

Sandra holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Houston. She has been part of TU CASA REALTY, her family's owned business, since 1989 but entered as a real estate agent until February 2013, after many years of working in corporate America in accounting, tax, and finance.
