-What would waiting another year realistically change for you?

Today's buyers have more choices, which means pricing and presentation matter. But that doesn't mean it's a bad time to sell. A well-prepared home that is positioned correctly can still stand out.

The biggest mistake may be making your decision based solely on national headlines. Real estate is so hyperlocal that two nearby neighborhoods can perform very differently.
