Her years of experience and art of negotiation shined as we were able to get the house we loved for 75,000 under the list price Rose clearly let us know she is our agent acting in our best interest and while guiding us through negotiations did exactly what we asked her to do Rose showed up early for all appointments and opened the door to let us in to a plethora of houses while always assuring us we weren't inconveniencing her despite having her drive us all over town. Rose always had a great attitude and positive energy during our home hunting and buying experience. I could not have been happier with Rose, she was a fantastic agent.
