I've worked for 10 years in the new home industry, with national builders such as Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, Beazer Homes & Gehan Homes/Brightland Homes now known as DRB Homes as a top producing sale professional. I was recognized by the Greater Houston Builder Association Sales and Marketing Counsel as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Combined with my New Homes Sales background and as a licensed real estate professional my career spans 20+ years in the real estate industry. I had the honor and privilege to serve our nation in the United States Marine Corps. I was stationed abroad in Iwakuni, Japan and Greece working closely with NATO operations respectively. 

My wife Erika Santana whom is a Broker with 22+ years of experience, together we own and manage Santana Real Estate. In addition we have made lots of friends and acquaintances that help them Buy/Sell & Close over 2000+ homes in our career. In our previous endeavor with we earned a number of accolades which was accomplished by earning the trust of friends/client and their referrals. My passion is the U. S. Marine Corps and I volunteer as well as a member of the Marine Corps League Eastex Detachment #779 where I'm a life member. Additionally, my wife and I do community outreach with M.E.C.A (Multi-Cultural Education and Counseling thru Arts) where we are Sunburst volunteers for inner city youth and adult education/arts program.
