Real estate wasn’t a quick career change for me — it was a conscious decision to build a life with more purpose, balance, and integrity.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, working my way up from bartending to corporate leadership. I served as a Training Director and Beverage Director for a multi-location restaurant group across Houston, Austin, and Dallas. That experience shaped how I work today: I lead from the front, stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and take full ownership when things get hard.
After years of long hours, missed family moments, and burnout, I realized I wanted more than just a job — I wanted a career that allowed me to be present for my family while still helping people in a meaningful way. Real estate gave me that opportunity.
I became licensed in June 2025 and serve Montgomery, Willis, Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, and the north side of Houston. Having lived in the Houston area since 2003 and in Montgomery for nearly a decade, I bring both local knowledge and lived experience to every conversation. I don’t just sell homes here — I chose this community intentionally to raise my family, prioritize strong schools, safety, and a lifestyle that values connection over congestion.
My approach to real estate is highly personal and relationship-driven. Buying or selling a home is a major life moment, and I believe no one should feel rushed, judged, or overlooked in the process. I’m known for over-communicating (on purpose), staying steady when things feel overwhelming, and making sure my clients feel informed, respected, and supported every step of the way. I take the time to listen, remember details, and adapt my communication style to each client’s needs.
I’m especially passionate about advocating for buyers — particularly in new construction — where many people don’t realize the importance of having someone represent their best interests. Builders sell inventory; my job is to protect my client.
What truly sets me apart is authenticity. I don’t fit the traditional Realtor® mold, and I don’t try to. I show up as myself — professional, approachable, honest, and human. I value long-term relationships over one-time transactions and aim to be the agent my clients return to as their lives evolve.
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and a devoted mom to three kids in very different stages of life. I’m an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, love being outdoors, enjoy gardening, cooking for my family, and spending weekends supporting my kids at their sporting events. Discipline, consistency, and showing up — even when it’s hard — are values I live by both personally and professionally.
I believe even the hardest seasons lead to something better, and that belief shapes how I serve my clients: with patience, resilience, and care.
