Rayito Stephens is a licensed realtor® and broker. During twenty-two years in real estate she has been active in many facets of the industry including home construction, track and custom building, and new home sales for major national builders, winning numerous sales awards. Her specialty is residential real estate. With her experience she has assisted a number of clients with physical and/or mental disabilities including veterans and those with Court-created Trusts by recommending floor plans or modifications to improve their care and quality of life. She is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator and Certified International Property Specialist. She is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese and French.
