Meredith Davis is a native Houstonian with nearly 2 decades of real estate experience. She received a BA in Marketing in 2007, while in the middle of a 15 year run, heading her own residential remodeling company. Today she brings her compassion and knowledge to the mentor program helping new agents learn, in her boutique brokerage, KSP, located in the Houston Heights. She worked on a top producing team in 2021 which naturally lead her down a path to creating her own team. As team lead for the Wildflower Properties Group, she leads with a kind heart, lots of laughter and a digital marketing plan that is used by fortune 500 companies. Meredith is a proud National Assoc of Realtors, Green Certified Realtor. Additionally she is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Real Estate Team Specialist.
