Born and raised in Venezuela, Marla brings a rich blend of cultural insight, resilience, and dedication to the real estate profession. After studying Accounting at UNEG in Puerto Ordaz, Marla moved to the United States in 2008, spending time in Arkansas and Tennessee before settling in Texas in 2014.
With a strong interest in financial literacy and compliance, Marla also studied U.S. Tax Code, gaining valuable knowledge that now helps clients better understand the financial side of homeownership and relocation.
In 2016, Marla began helping families relocate to Texas from both out of state and abroad. Supporting so many people through major transitions sparked a deeper passion for real estate and ultimately inspired Marla to earn a real estate license—turning a natural gift for service into a full‑time calling.
A proud spouse and parent of three, Marla is deeply involved in the local community. The kids are active swimmers, competing in summer leagues, high school teams, and year‑round programs, reflecting the family’s commitment to discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. Guided by strong Christian roots, Marla approaches every client relationship with integrity, honesty, and a genuine desire to serve.
With an analytical background, tax knowledge, extensive relocation experience, and a heart for helping families find their place in Texas, Marla is committed to making every real estate journey smooth, informed, and rewarding—whether you’re buying, selling, or investing in the vibrant Texas market.
