There's no doubt Lisa Mayer is a Texan ¬– inside and out! Her welcoming personality and love of the land come from her Grimes County roots, while husband, Monty, a 5th generation Fayette County resident, is not only her partner in life but that additional resource that adds unique insight to the area.

Lisa began her real estate career as a Sales Associate in 1986, while earning a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M, and later obtained her broker license in 1988. She has proudly served multiple positions at the South Central Board of Realtors® including president from 2011-2013. For the 2017 year, she served as the Board's Secretary. Lisa is a 2011 graduate of the Texas Realtors® Leadership Program and was named as the South Central Board of Realtors® Realtor® of the Year in both 2011 and 2017. Lisa joined Round Top Real Estate in January 1996, and has consistently been a top producer.

Lisa loves helping others and making a positive difference. She has held numerous offices with the Carmine Lions Club, as well as a director of the Round Top Carmine ISD Education Foundation, director of the Round Top Family Library, and member of the Texas Women's League. The importance of family, a strong work ethic and community involvement are traits she and her husband are proud to pass on to their children, Claire and Adam.
