During her illustrious 32-year career with the Houston Police Department, where areas of her work ranged from proactive criminal investigations involving narcotics and vice activities of organized criminal enterprises, developing training curriculum, designing a peer support program for police employees, and serving as a mediator for the city of Houston, Linda promoted to supervisory and mid-command level positions and worked on the chief's staff for several chiefs of police.
Linda received an honorable discharge and segued into the private sector
