My Why? relates to what I love to do.

My passion for years has been in teaching music lessons. There is great satisfaction in guiding my students to become their best.

My God-given gifts are the following: Caring. Serving. Teaching. That is what I enjoy! I care deeply about my students. It is my privilege to build up their confidence. My satisfaction comes from seeing them make progress. They move from little knowledge or interest in music to be transformed into playing piano or expanding their voices. All this, while falling in love with the beauty of music. An extension of that is to see the pride and support from the parents and other family members. I have learned to observe what the music student is doing correctly and encouraging them to do more. Emphasizing the positives. Finding resolution to work through difficulties.

What I am good at doing connects to the same marketable skills as my gifts. My observation skills apply to real estate in listening to people's dreams and desires. Listening to others is natural for me. Helping people find their life satisfaction through the largest purchase most people make. My ability to teach allows me to explain the benefits of the market area as well as positive attributes of individual homes. Being able to present the advantages of particular choice or decision comes naturally from my desire to provide best in class service. Working with people in a collaborative manner to reach their goals. Overcoming the obstacles of the deal or financing, resolving the problem to everyone's mutual benefit.

My strong desire is to be involved with other real estate professionals that will allow me to be successful long-term. Whether directly or indirectly with your company, I hope to have a long-term relationship with you.
