In order to make sure that his services goes beyond his real estate license, Leon continues his education by acquiring his Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR) designation. Among other requirements, an agent must pass a written examination on legal and practical aspects of agency representation. Leon has not stopped there. He has also acquired his Graduate Real Estate Institute designation (GRI) which is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.
