With over 20 years of experience across home and commercial construction, sales leadership, and customer service, I’ve built and mentored high-performing teams that consistently ranked in the top 10% nationwide. Today, I bring that same level of discipline and strategy into real estate, backed by six years of experience and industry designations including PMN, ABR, RSPS, and CIPS.

Leadership is a core part of who I am. Through my involvement with the Women’s Council of Realtors, I’ve grown through local leadership and now contribute at the state level with a focus on global collaboration, education, and expansion. I also serve on advisory boards with the Houston Association of REALTORS, where I support initiatives that strengthen our industry and global reach.

As a business and real estate coach with Workman Success Systems, I’m passionate about developing people. I help agents and professionals build sustainable businesses through accountability, daily success habits, and strategic growth frameworks. Whether it’s building referral networks, stepping into leadership, or expanding into international markets, my goal is to help others unlock their full potential.

My global perspective is strengthened through my CIPS designation and hands-on experience with international real estate systems. I actively work to bridge local expertise with global opportunity—because the future of this business is connection without borders.

I’m currently pursuing my broker license while leading within eXp Realty and staying ahead of emerging trends including cryptocurrency, AI tools, and virtual real estate experiences. I believe evolution is non-negotiable—and those who grow, lead.

At the center of it all is family. I share life and business with my wife and partner, Jamie, and together we’re raising seven incredible, passionate children. They are my why, my grounding force, and my greatest motivation to build a life and business that truly matters.
