Candace Helstrom

A native Houstonian, Candace has lived in and around this great State of Texas most of her life. Today, she lives in Candlelight Plaza, a quaint neighborhood nestled within Garden Oaks / Oak Forest, with her husband, where they have raised their family for more than 10 years. Candace launched herself into the real estate industry over 15 years ago, beginning her career as a listing coordinator for a real estate firm in North Dallas. She then transitioned into a full-time career for a private national real estate developer for nearly five years, focusing on high-rise condominiums and apartments across the US. From there, she joined Health Care REIT (HCN) as their Regional Administrator, overseeing medical office buildings throughout Texas. Candace's experience has taught her the importance of providing her clients with personalized service that exceeds their expectations.
