My journey into real estate started in a classroom teaching pre-algebra. In 2016, my husband and I purchased our first triplex, and that one investment changed everything. It taught us the ins and outs of homeownership, property management, and the power of real estate investing.Since then, we've grown our portfolio, buying and selling over $6M in multifamily properties, expanding to more than 77 units. Today, as an investor and the broker/owner of JNK Property Group in The Woodlands, TX, I help others navigate residential and commercial real estate opportunities. Our current investments include a mix of multifamily, single-family rentals, and neighborhood retail centers across Houston and the surrounding areas.By 2021, we shifted focus to include commercial investments, and we now manage over 100 residential and commercial properties.
