Kayla has over 20 years of marketing experience covering varied facets of residential real estate across the Houston area, including positions with Stewart Mortgage Information, the Johnson Development Corporation, David Weekley Homes and Newland Communities where she served as the Marketing Director for the master-planned communities of Eagle Springs and Summerwood in Northeast Houston. A licensed REALTOR® since 2009, Kayla is a graduate of both the League City and Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Programs. She has served on the Sales and Marketing Council Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Builders Association and in various capacities for the Women's Council of Realtors Lake Houston Chapter as the VP of Membership, President Elect and 2013 Chapter President. She has also served on the Women's Council of Realtors Texas State Chapter as the Credentials Chair.

Kayla's experience working in the title, builder and developer sides of real estate has allowed her to understand the complexities of the market and the challenges regarding supply, demand, segmentation and marketing.

Although Kayla's real estate career is a very large part of her life, faith and family are everything to her. She and her husband, Jason, an Architect in residential real estate, are proud parents of two sons – Zach and Creighton. The Webb family is very involved in their local church and live by serving others. Kayla has been to Africa twice on mission trips and volunteers with Compassion International.
