Howdy from Texas! I'm Katie, and helping families buy and sell real estate in the Greater Houston area isn't just my job. It's my passion and calling. I moved to Kingwood in 2006 for my husband's career, and like so many who discover this incredible community, I instantly felt at home. That connection inspired me to earn my real estate license in 2008 so I could make a meaningful impact in the place I love.

For nearly two decades, I've dedicated my career to helping homeowners, first-time buyers, and investors navigate the real estate journey with confidence. I've sold homes, negotiated deals through every kind of market, and guided countless clients to the closing table with ease and excitement. In 2019, I expanded my impact by becoming a real estate manager, mentoring agents and helping them grow successful businesses. From 2022-2025, I served as the State of Texas Business Development Manager for a title firm, gaining valuable insight into every step of the real estate process from contract to closing. 

Today, I'm back to what I love most: serving people directly, building lifelong relationships, and helping families find a place they are proud to call home.
