Since 1981, Karen Hays has helped Texas buyers, sellers, builders, investors, and lenders close thousands of transactions.  She has been a licensed agent since 1994 and now focusing on housing and estate transitions for the 55+ community and their family.  She has extensive experience in the title insurance industry as a Senior Escrow Officer, Operations Manager, and opening new companies and branch offices in the Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Galveston Co areas.  Karen has also worked as an investor in the purchase, rehab and flipping business, as well as the mortgage industry as a loan officer.   She is the Author of Dominate Your Real Estate Transaction, Sellers Tool Belt for Success (2016/updated 2025 in Amazon).  Karen and her husband, Pete live on the Texas Gulf Coast with their furbaby Audrey, and they are a blended family of 9 kids (plus spouses) and 7 grandkids so far!
