I am highly motivated in the Real Estate market in Galveston County. I have bought and sold several homes, as well as managed my own vacation rental in Galveston since 2009.

I moved to Houston in 1991, from Ohio, and spent 25 years in the Oil and Gas/Shipping Industry working in Project Management and Finance. I retired and moved to Galveston in 2016. Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner and as a team player working with Fortune 500 companies, I am known for outstanding client service with 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, and a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them through every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight so my clients can make the best decisions possible.My Island affiliations include, past President of the Galveston Association of Realtors and past President of my POA Board in Sea Isle (currently Director), as well as a member of the Galveston Chamber of Commerce, WGIPOA (West Galveston Island POA), ASBPA (American Shores and Beach Preservation Assoc), Galveston Historical Foundation, and a Krewe of Gambrinus Float Captain for the annual Mardi Gras season. My affiliations with these Associations allow me to obtain the most current knowledge with all things Galveston.  

I am a firm believer in giving back and am passionate about several things, including animal rescue. I am a volunteer at the Galveston Humane Society and foster kittens and puppies for adoption. I, also donate to Wounded Warriors and Shriner's Children's Hospital in Galveston.

In my free time, I enjoy running, kayaking, strolling the beach and social events.
