John Shellington

I am the broker/owner of John Henry Properties and have been a licensed real estate broker since 1982. I've participated as an instructor of core courses for individuals pursuing a real estate license and was named affiliate of the year for the Bay Area Board of Realtors in 2001. I also have an extensive background in residential mortgage finance having been a mortgage banker/branch manager for two of the top five lenders in the U.S and owner of Gulf Coast Mortgage Corp. My educational background includes a BA in Business from Furman University and graduate studies at the University of Georgia Graduate School of Real Estate.
