Richard "Jimmie" Rogers

Richard "Jimmie" Rogers is a native Houstonian with a lifelong connection to real estate. Raised in a family actively involved in residential rental investments, he developed an early passion for the industry that would later shape his career. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, Jimmie returned to Houston to pursue his professional ambitions.

He began his real estate career in 2005 as an agent and, through dedication and experience, earned his Broker’s license in 2011. That same year, he founded Richard Rogers Realty, where he has since built a reputation for providing comprehensive, client-focused real estate services. With over 20 years of experience, Jimmie considers himself a true real estate professional—offering far more than traditional brokerage services.

As an active investor and property manager, Jimmie brings practical, real-world insight to his clients, particularly those interested in building or expanding investment portfolios. His experience is further strengthened by his service on the Appraisal Review Board for the Harris County Appraisal District, which enables him to guide clients through property tax protests and serve as a knowledgeable property tax consultant.

In addition to real estate, Jimmie has a strong passion for home design and construction. In 2019, he successfully designed and completed his first custom home as a general contractor—a project that reflects both his creativity and hands-on expertise. He currently resides in that home with his wife, their four daughters, and two dogs.

Outside of work, Jimmie enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, woodworking, and continuing to expand his knowledge of home design through AutoCAD.
