Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana Jake Perez moved to Houston in 2001 to teach history and coach football in public schools. After many enjoyable years in the educational profession Jake decided to apply his love for teaching and people to the exciting world of residential real estate. In 2016 Jake became a licensed Realtor and has since served both buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions. Jake prides himself in his calm and rational approach to real estate, understanding that people need a personal touch and understanding just as much, if not more, than they need someone to handle all of the paper work and negotiations.
