Job Growth in Houston

I am so encourgaged by the Houston economy these days.

According to a recent report by the Houston Chronicle, Matthew Bates, HEV motor plant manager, Toshiba International Corporation said, "Houston already has one of the most talented and productive work forces in the country, and its strong economy and low cost of living helps businesses attract and retain top talent from across the country. This current environment makes Houston an ideal place for future business growth."

And, it's not just the energy sector where we are seeing the growth. There's the banking and financial industry, auto manufacturing and countless other industries. Almost every sector reported jobs growth over the past year. Maybe that's why we are leading the state in job growth! Houston is a great place to be.
