Gretchen is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE),
Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and Graduate of
the distinguished REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

Prior to launching her real estate career, Gretchen worked in retail sales management for over seventeen years which developed her strong skillset in merchandising and marketing. Gretchen believes her remarkable strength in sales and marketing to be an inspiration to pursue real estate. She says, My skillset in retail sales was merchandising. That carries right into working with sellers to successfully market their homes and with buyers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.

Gretchen also brings compassion to her real estate business. She says, Being previously widowed, I have an understanding for a family sorting through an estate and the challenges that represents. My own experience prompted me to become a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.

In her free time, Gretchen gives back to her community supporting
The Sanctuary Foster Care Services by participation in The Sanctuary Sell a Home, Give a Home program benefiting local children,

regularly volunteering for Project Joy and Hope, a nonprofit that

supports families with children facing life limiting illnesses, The

Sunshine Kids, and The American Cancer Society's Relay for

Life. She also founded her local chapter of Business Networking

International to which she attributes helping many local businesses

expand their reach in the community.
