I can't train your agent.

Over the past several months I've been getting calls and emails asking me for help.

The problem is these calls are coming from people's real estate agents. 

I'm not allowed to train your real estate agent. Agents must contact their broker. I can't help a person who is already working with a real estate agent either. It's not lawful for me to interfere with another real estate agents' client or transaction. A client can terminate their relationship with an agent/broker in writing but beware certain conditions may apply.

I'm bound by a Code of Ethics that I personally embrace and hold dear. 

Customers please just reach out to me in the first place.

Ask me questions; don't assume anything.

Please don't listen to your friends who once saw a house and now they know everything about real estate.

Let's do your home selection properly in the first place.
