Thank you for visiting my website. I am a real estate broker/ investor who enjoys helping my clients buy or sell real esate.

A little about me:

After graduating from University of Texas at Austin and teaching middle school for 13 years, I began my real estate career in 2005 primarily as a real estate investor, where I was doing short sales before they became the “Transaction Du Jour”. As I began doing more business as a “realtor”, I discovered how truly passionate I am about this industry, and I loved what I did for a living.

A lifelong learner I am; I began networking, reading, taking classes, earning designations… basically doing whatever I could to learn as much as possible about this exciting industry. As a result, I earned my Broker’s License in 2009; I am also a Certifed Relocation Expert and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), New Home Sales Specialist, Luxury Home Specialist, and a Foreclosure Expert (SFR).

I spend an enormous amount of time staying up to date on the latest real estate trends, especially when it comes to technology. It's a "brave new world" out here, and I make it my personal mission to fine tune my marketing capabilities by keeping abreast of all the new and impactful ways that I can differentiate myself from my competition. I understand that in today’s changing market the key to success is knowing and understanding your market area as well as implementing and managing successful marketing strategies. It is also critical to have some fierce negotiation skills.

In late 2009, my business branched off the short sale track and into the luxury home market. I find myself doing a little bit of both. I absolutely love the real estate industry. It is exciting, rewarding, and best of all …. challenging. I love a good challenge.

*****Please note that my "sold transactions" are only homes I sold from 2009 forward. The sold sales do not reflect the numerous "new construction" home sales that I have done. Home builders are not required to report the building of new homes to the MLS. Meaning, if you purchase a lot from a builder and then you build on it, the sale of the finished home does not get reported to the MLS.
