About Gary Powers

After moving to Texas in 1989, I began my career in the residential construction industry, building custom homes from the ground up. Over the years, I gained hands-on experience in framing, interior and exterior finish work, remodeling, and home renovations. As the owner of Powers Building & Remodeling, I worked closely with homeowners to improve the value, functionality, and appeal of their properties.

My experience renovating and investing in homes naturally led me to real estate. After purchasing and renovating several properties of my own, I developed a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals—whether buying their first home, selling a longtime family property, or investing for the future.

Licensed as a REALTOR® in Texas since 2019 and Arkansas since 2023, I combine construction knowledge with market expertise to help clients make informed decisions with confidence. My background allows me to recognize a home's potential, identify maintenance concerns, and provide practical insights that benefit both buyers and sellers.
