Real estate is not just a job for me it is a passion! I have been involved in real estate since 2001 through the mortgage and banking industries before obtaining my real estate license. I have worked to promote my own professional growth through both sales experience and continuing to educate myself with the many programs offered by our real estate associations. I have an extensive knowledge of many different aspects of real estate sales from small single family homes to large estates and have experience in the mortgage industry (especially the loan process as it relates to the purchase of a single family home). I have sold many properties with investors and know the "ins and outs" of income producing properties. I have also sold large tracts of land used for timber plantation and hunting.
