Derrick grew up in Texas and joined the military serving in the United States Army for over 14 years; he really knows the meaning of determination, respect and self-less service. He has worked many different styles of transactions in the Fort Bend area and has since built a successful career in real estate in the Greater Houston area. He has since partnered with him creating The Nimesh Patel Group, with twelve agents, a listing coordinator and a marketing coordinator!
