Hello and THANK YOU for taking the time to get to know me! My name is Debbie Pace-Rowland. I'm a lifetime resident to the the Bay Area and a Licensed Realtor since 1995 specializing in the areas of Clear Lake, Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, League City, Pearland, Friendswood, Seabrook, Kemah and the Surrounding Bay Area Communities. However, I feel I've had a lifetime of real estate experiences since my mother, Sherry Gray, became Broker licensed in 1974. Although Sherry is now semi retired, we still get involved as a family with your family in this important decision. I enjoy my family time with my husband, Randy Rowland and my 3 kids; Chelsea Pace, Rachel Rowland and Ryan Rowland and many other family members, including my dog, Sugar. I delight in spending quality time with Family and Friends, Traveling, Dancing, Live Entertainment, Movies, Playing Games, Reading, Shopping, Food, Comedy and Laughter!
